Ho Fat Hangers & Button Products Co. Ltd. has been established for more than 18 years, specializing in a wide variety of plastic hangers and polyester buttons.
Since our establishment in 1982, we have developed both a strong management team and workforce of over 250 experienced and proficient employees. Our headquarters is located in Hong Kong and our factory premises occupy an area of 35,000sq.feet in China.
There are over 22 units of injection machines in our hanger production department. The maximum production capacity of the hanger department is 20,000 dozen hangers per day, based on a run of a simple style. The production lead-time is dependant on the style of hanger. We also have our own moulding department equipped with 15 highly technical machines including a CNC machine center, milling, carving, and turning machines. A hanger mould of a simple style may take 15 days to finish but it is largely depended on the design complexity of the hanger.
Moreover, we are using the latest technologies imported from Germany and Italy to improve the shaping, drilling, dying, and finishing of our button products. There are 41 button machines in our button production department. Our button production capacity is approximately 30,000 grosses per day. For instance, one button machine can produce 750 grosses of 18 lines of buttons of simple styles in 24 hours. However, the production capacity is strongly dependant on the style of button - the more complicated style is, the longer production lead-time required.
